A crown is used to entirely cover or "cap" a damaged or broken
tooth. Besides strengthening a damaged tooth, a crown can be used to improve
its appearance. A crown can also be placed on top of an implant to provide
a tooth-like shape and structure for function. Porcelain or ceramic crowns
can be matched to the color of your natural teeth.
We feature CEREC, which mills your crown in less than 20 minutes allowing
you to go home with a crown avoiding temporaries and multiple dental visits.
Dental bridges literally bridge the gap created by one or more missing
teeth. A bridge is made up of two crowns one on each tooth on either side
of the gap -- these two anchoring teeth are called abutment teeth -- and
a false tooth/teeth in between.
